Food, Glorious Food!

We provide daily a balanced, wholesome diet. Breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch and afternoon tea - the emphasis is on providing a tasty, healthy diet.

Our chef prepares our food fresh daily and the children just love her tasty cooking. The menus are planned to provide a variety of food which is both nourishing and designed to provide the well-balanced diet that young children need.

We cater for the individual dietary needs of the children and pay particular attention to those children with food intolerances or allergies.

However we do ask that parents provide food and formula for weaning babies.

Cleanliness is next to goodness when it comes to food preparation and Learning Curve kitchen has been awarded the highest 5 star food hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency.

Monday: Breakfast: Porridge. Lunch: Sausage roll, mashed potato and baked beans; Banana cake. Tea: Filled wraps with cucumber and carrot sticks, Fromage Frais. Snacks: Rice cake, Fruit

Tuesday: Breakfast: Wheat biscuits. Lunch: Bolognaise bake with sweetcorn; Rice pudding and jam sauce. Tea: Marmite and cheese pinwheels, Sultana biscuit. Snacks: Breadsticks and tomato salsa, Fresh fruit.

Wednesday: Breakfast: Toast and butter. Lunch: Vegetable chilli and rice; Chocolate brownie. Tea: Cheese and tomato quiche; Arctic roll. Snacks: Watermelon, Banana.

Thursday: Breakfast: Oats with mixed berries. Lunch: Roast chicken, roast potatoes and mixed vegetables; Fruit sponge and custard. Tea: Ravioli on toast; Fromage Frais. Snacks: Fresh fruit, Cheese and cucumber sticks
